1. If you need to cancel service and be removed from the recurring - subscription billing or email invoicing, open a help ticket with your name, email, the Copycall number and stating your is the link: Help Ticket

2. We hope you understand that we have costs associated with starting service and we have a minimum 30 days of service.

3. After a service subscription has started, a refund is not available as our service costs with the carrier(s) are not refundable.
