We activate your number as soon as possible, but be patient. Processing can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 30 minutes and sometimes orders get backed up during busy periods. For future reference the voicemail set-up instructions are below.
VOICEMAIL SETUP INFO
- Call your voicemail number and press the star (*) key during the automated attendant's generic greeting. It is a short greeting, so you can press the star (*) key as soon as you hear the woman's voice.
- You will then be prompted for your passcode. Enter the 4 digit passcode you were given in the order confirmation email. Unless otherwise noted in the email, the default passcode is 1234.
- The tutorial will then start and the attendant will walk you through setting-up your voicemail. You will do a new passcode and a new greeting.
- To retrieve messages follow the same method. If you ever need to change your greeting or passcode, just follow the prompts.
